Returns & Refunds

If you decide to return something, please contact support@jelhealth.co.uk within 30 days of receipt.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or partially used. The packaging must be in a an as new condition, seal intact and deemed fit for re-sale.

If a item arrives damaged please contact Support@jelhealth.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. Please provide order number and photos of the damage.

Please note: postage costs are not covered unless the item is deemed damaged or defective upon receipt. 

When you send the items back, please include your order number, name, and the reason for the return. This will help us process your return smoothly. Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed.
